Biography

My journey into health and wellness started years ago when I was just a high school student. I remember watching a TV interview about a groundbreaking book that was way ahead of its time. That book introduced me to the fascinating world of health, holistic healing, and advanced nutrition, sparking an insatiable appetite for learning that has stayed with me ever since.

I went on to study Neurobiology and Behavior at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY—a beautiful town that holds a special place in my heart. After graduating, I spent six years working as a pharmaceutical representative, eventually landing at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic.

But here’s the twist: it was my experience with modern medicine—and its inability to help me with my own health struggles—that made me rethink everything. I realized that the answers I was looking for couldn’t be found in a pill bottle. Instead, I turned back to the world that first inspired me years before: advanced nutrition and holistic healing.

So, I went back to school to become a healthcare practitioner. Over time, I noticed a troubling pattern—stubborn weight-loss resistance wasn’t just about appearance; it was linked to serious chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, stroke, cancer, and Alzheimer’s. That realization inspired me to focus my efforts on tackling one of the biggest health challenges we face today: the obesity epidemic

“In the United States, we have the most over-fed and undernourished people in the world. Losing weight isn’t so much about eating less, it’s about eating better. It’s not about exercising more, it’s about resting more. And it’s not about taking drugs or risking surgery; it’s about addressing the hidden, underlying cause of our obesity epidemic: toxins, inflammation, and hormonal imbalance.”

My goal is to help people uncover and overcome those hidden obstacles so they can achieve real, lasting health. I’m here to guide you on that journey. Let’s take the first step together.
